- Our service
agreement is as follows;
- We work hard
at maintaining one of the largest inventories of automotive
and industrial radiators/cores in Canada. Same day service
is available on most radiator repairs.

Free pick up
and delivery service is available to any company location
within the city limits.

West End
Radiator is open from 8:00am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.

New complete
radiators for automotive use are covered under our exclusive
LIFETIME WARRANTY.
WARRANTY
All of our new automotive complete radiators come with an
exclusive lifetime manufacturers warranty. The replacement
part will be invoiced with shipping instructions, to return
the defective part. A credit will be issued only after the
defective part has been inspected and found to be faulty due
to manufacturing. Credit is not given for labour.
RETURN POLICY
Regularly stocked or unused items can be returned within 1
year of the purchase date. All returns must be pre-approved
by West End Radiator. Freight is paid by the customer
returning the items. Returned items are subject to a
re-stocking fee. Custom built or special order items will
not be eligible for return or refund.
West End Radiator will provide free estimates on radiator
repair. Air conditioning repairs excluded.
